Shipping policy

Every RaLux item is made to order just for you. Please allow time for production plus shipping.

Where we ship
We currently ship to the United States and Canada only

Shipping cost
United States: FREE standard shipping on all orders. Express shipping is available on many items at checkout.

Canada: flat-rate shipping, shown at checkout.

Delivery time (after production)

United States: 3–8 business days.

Canada: 5–10 business days.

Holiday order deadlines
Standard shipping: order by December 5 for delivery before Christmas.
Express shipping: order by December 12.
These dates are recommendations based on our production partners' and carriers' holiday schedules. Deliveries after these dates are not guaranteed to arrive before December 25.

Canada: order by November 28 for delivery before Christmas.

Order tracking
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number.

Multiple items
Items in one order may be printed in different facilities and arrive in separate packages. You'll receive tracking for each package.

Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us within 12 hours of ordering.

Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking hasn't updated for 7 business days, or your package is marked delivered but you can't find it, email info@ralux.net and we'll help.
