Want your RaLux matching Christmas shirts in time for the holidays? Order early! Every piece is printed to order, and production partners and carriers get very busy in December.

🎄 Christmas order deadlines

  • Order by November 15: the stress-free choice — and the last day of our Early Bird 15% OFF.
  • Shoes & slides: made to order and take longer, so order by November 20.
  • Canada: order by November 28.
  • US standard shipping: order by December 5.
  • US express shipping: order by December 12.

Orders placed after these dates may not arrive before December 25.

Frequently asked questions

Is shipping free?
Yes, standard shipping is free on all orders to the United States. Express shipping is available on many US items for an extra fee shown at checkout. Shipping to Canada is a flat rate shown at checkout.

How long does my order take?
Production takes 2–7 business days. Then delivery takes 3–8 business days to the US and 5–10 business days to Canada. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Why should I order early?
December is the busiest time of the year for printers and carriers. Ordering early means your matching outfits arrive in time for Christmas photos, holiday parties and Christmas morning.

How do I choose the right size?
Check the size chart on each product page. Our tees have a relaxed fit. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up. Kids' and baby sizes are listed separately on each product.

Can I order matching shirts for the whole family in one order?
Yes! Add adult, kids' and baby items to the same cart. They may ship in separate packages, and you'll get tracking for each.

Which countries do you ship to?
We currently ship to the United States and Canada only.

What if my item arrives damaged or with a print error?
We'll send a free replacement or a full refund. Just email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. See our Refund Policy.

Can I return an item if it doesn't fit?
Because every item is made to order, we can't accept returns for size or change of mind. Please check the size chart before ordering.
